At Wedding Whizz, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our customized products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we have outlined a specific return policy for these purchases:
Return Period:
All sales are final. However, if there is a defect or error on our part, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If the item you received is defective or not as specified in your order, please contact our Customer Service team at +92 320 3859525 immediately.
We will rectify the issue by either remaking the item or issuing a refund, as deemed appropriate.
Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items:
Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 2 business days.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are not offered on customized items unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders for customized items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee order
cancellation as the customization process may have commenced.
